Description

The Heavy Duty Steel Frame CNC Router is designed for industrial applications requiring precision cutting of all types of materials. The frame consists of cast iron and steel parts that stay rigid while the spindle cuts every material that enters the work area. Motors and drives operate without manual help once the program starts. An emergency stop button plus limit switches halt motion when an operator presses the switch or when an axis reaches the end of travel. The control unit accepts G-code that originates from Mach3, UCCNC, ArtCAM, Vectric or from a DSP offline handheld. Data travel through a USB cable, an Ethernet cable or the offline DSP connector. The factory ships each unit in new condition. The structure tolerates continuous loads and the servo or stepper system positions the spindle within a few thousandths of a unit.
